All of these and more provide the elements for Orlando based music producer / film composer / smooth jazz saxophonist James Joseph. James graduated from The University of Kansas where his music scholarship encompassed jazz, classical and music theory. Jazz studies were under Dr. Ron McCurdy, former director of the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz, and current professor and chair, jazz studies at USC. James also earned a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Journalism and Advertising from KU's famed William Allen White School Of Journalism. As a music producer and smooth jazz saxophonist, the studio is in demand. Music productions include smooth jazz music and sound design for film, radio, television and the internet. Music clients include Disney, Universal Studios Orlando, House of Blues, Islands of Adventure, Canon and many more. James Joseph performs regularly as a member of The Blues Brothers Show at Universal Studios Orlando. His Orlando based music group, Pitch Blue Jam, celebrates 15 years of performance including 3,000 shows, and 10 Florida music award nominations. |

| James has also collaborated with many of Florida's indy film makers scoring 10 film soundtracks. Music compositions can also be heard on a variety of radio & television commercials, video games, theme park attractions, and corporate marketing projects. James' arrangements are the foundation for many of the world's top celebrity impersonators including tributes to Cher, Madonna, Britney Spears, Ricky Ricardo and Lucille Ball, Michael Jackson, Roy Orbison, Elton John and The Blues Brothers. |
| Born in America's Heartland, James Joseph began playing piano and jazz saxophone at age 5. Influenced by smooth jazz, and pop/rock, he garnered his first studio sessions and professional performances at age 15. After moving to Orlando in 1990, James performed on every stage imaginable including opening acts for Bob Dylan, Tower of Power, Gato Barbieri, and house band for the TV show Star Search. He has produced more than 300 music projects as a music composer, smooth jazz saxophonist and music producer in Orlando Florida. |
